St. Ives Website Access Keys

An explanation of the access Keys used on the St. Ives Web

This site has been designed to be user-friendly and as easy to read as possible and we have an Accessibility Policy to help us keep it that way. These Keyboard shortcuts are intended to help users who have difficulty in using pointing devices such as a mouse. This website uses the same access key system in use by the UK Government on all official sites

Depending upon your browser type use one of the following:

  • Alt + [the access key]
    • Internet Explorer for Windows
    • Chrome for Windows (Note: Shift is required in some circumstances)
    • Safari for Windows
  • Shift + Alt + [the access key]
    • Firefox for Windows
  • Ctrl + Option + [the access key]
    • Safari for Mac
    • Chrome for Mac
    • Firefox for Mac
