We welcome the Playbarn at Fenstanton as a new members of our Huntingdonshire websites. We look forward to working with Linda over the coming weeks to develop and enhance the information about the Playbarn that is being displayed on our websites.
The Playbarn is located within the grounds of the Crystal Lakes Leisure Centre on the Low Road between Fenstanton and St Ives.
Do you want a piece of history of the Seven Wives?If so we are auctioning the old sign to raise funds for the outdoor play area.If there is enough interest a date will be posted for the auction. Please note that the sign is very heavy as well as large.The original artwork was in fact a transfer which over time had started to peel off.We commisioned a Suffolk pub sign artist to come up with a different take on the original,this was done in early 2008.This year will see a new patio at the front with new furniture and we already have new signs up.The rest of the painting and the new patio are due to commence in March this year.

We have also enhanced the members organisation description section by including the ability for them to add their Strapline (Moto) and an Introduction (Mission Statement) both of which will displayed in larger typefaces.

Members of the St Ives Town Website can now, if they wish, add links to their TWITTER and/or FACEBOOK accounts and get their tweets echoed live on their organisation detail page.
We will be adding a link to their Facebook pages and their Twitter tweets on their location pages very soon and then rolling this facility out to the rest of our 55 Huntingdonshire websites.
